Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello respected sir,

i have a complaint against company which is pvt. Ltd.

I have joined company on aug-2012 and resign in july-2013.

Problem is that the company is not giving me my salary of last month i mean 30 days.

I have send registered ad to labour commissioner and chief of factory inspector of our district.

So my question is that what kind of they officers will take actions?

Company is not gave i-card, joining letter, pay sleep.

I have informed him in registerd ad.

Please check the status of your letter to labour authorities. Meet the labour commissioner and explain the situation. Company may pay you if labour authorities issue a notice
