Salary issue
Hi
I used to work for a very small firm. I have worked there for the 5 months and for my last working month i have yet not got my salary. Every time I ask for my salary they always you will get it next week but the week has never came yet .What should i do now ?

your statement is incomplete. If you are covered under the definition of "workman" as per the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, you may choose to approach the authorities under the Payment of Wages Act.
