Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My father (who is deceased) had entered into a caretaker agreement with landlord in Nov 1970. Can his family be considered as deemed tenants since we were in possession of the flat prior to Feb 1973?

No they have to apply for tenancy to the landlord.
