MY landlord is living on 2 nd floor from1971.now he had given that floor on rent of apprx. 50000 p.m.and move to a rented flat.he had given 10 shops on pagdi on ground floor & 6 shops on pagdi on 1 st floor earlier 14 yrs back..now he demand eviction on 1 st floor on bonafide residential purpose..can eviction possible

as i had replied earlier, in case the commercial place can be used as a residence as well, the landlord may seek eviction but in your situation, as the landlord had deliberately rented out his own residence and then moved to a rented flat, you may show his malafide by filing a detailed reply.
