Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
thank you so much sir for your concern and yes i know that we cannot be the owner of the room but is there any solution for rent that he is not accepting at all from all tenants from building because he is forcing us to sign the letter which he bought from builder to redevelopment.

You may send the rent by Money Order and preserve the proof that you had sent the rent, you cannot be treated as a tenant in default, as you have made efforts to pay the rent.
