Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir, We are three brothers living in Vasant Kunj in Delhi. This house is my father name with registered sale deed and my fahter no leave any WILL before death. I want to file a partition suit in Delhi High Court but Court fee is very high and i am not in position to pay court fee. I am in possession in this house. Can I pay court fees at the time of judgement? Please guide me.

if you are in possession you need not pay court fees.
