Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father has ancestrally inherited agricultural land and intends to transfer the title / divide the same equally among my 3 brothers me and one share for him..however my eldest brother is not co-operating to sign the agreement. Please advise how to solve this issue.

There is no problem if your eldest brother does'nt sigh because he has no right in this property , all the legal heirs of your father have no right in this ancestral property because this property becomes your fathers self acquired one.
