Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i had made an agrement for 3 months time giving 6 lakhs as advance for purchase of house. Now due to some problem can i extend time to 2 month extra by giving 2 lakh.
What if the owner denies and will i get back my advance amt. As per agrement after 3 month advance goes to owner if i failed to register.
