what is perpetual lease . can i buy a new apartment or dwelling unit from a builder who is selling houses / apartments in SEZ which he claims to be on perpetual lease . will land be registered in my name? will i be able to sell the property independently in future?

The allotment order/ agreement granting perpetual lease to builder will have to be studied in detail to see whether the builder can construct and sell apartment to you. Your subsequent selling rights again will depend on said document as well as the sale/ construction agreement executed by builder in your favour. www.lawconcern.com
