hello sir,
this is aarti from udaipur, i have 2 son elder is married and last year he go out of my house with her wife
so other son left with me
now my elder son troubling me bout my property that he want share in the property
i dont want to give him as he did not serve me
is his right to acquire property from me

He may have no right in your property during your life time. However, if the property belongs to your husband, he might claim his share.
