Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

hi,

am a thirty year old married woman,who very stupidly flirted with a friend and agreed verbally to have sex with him.After which,i realised i didnt want to indulge in it so i told him to forget about it.But he said i must fulfil what i had promised and that he wouldnt leave me ,otherwise.I cant confess this to my husband.I dont know what to do.I simply dont respond to the creep's cals and msgs.Is there anything i can do ,without the knowledge of my husband,to stop him from troubling me,?At the same time,he must not do anything which would affect my marital relationship.

I would advise you to convince him to give up the demand with love.He can be punished and stopped from doing anything or sending SMS but all that may reach to your husband directly or indirectly.Or muster the courage to tell your husband the whole truth.
