Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Wife complains husband sees porn movies

Dear Sir

My wife has filed 498A and mentions dowry harrasment and sexual harrasment.

In sexual harrasment she mentions I had asked her sexual favours as shown in blue films.

Is it wrong between husband and wife to discuss sex related issues or some media used to sex-educate wife as she is highly immatured?

Should I agree that i watched porn movie or can i deny.

My wife mentions I used to watch before co-habition and demend sexual favours as shown in blue films. She says I used to scold her for not co-opearting for sex as shown in blue films and not give money to her. She says I used to co-habit with her only after watching bluefilms. She says only having sex and has created a big issue. Is sex between husband and wife illegal. Sha has tried to defame me by commenting liek that

Re: Wife complains husband sees porn movies

watching porn movies with wife is no offence and even demanding favours in the same manner is no wrong but scolding her for not acting as a porn actress is certainly cruelty upon her, both physical and psychological. in case u inflicting violence on her on her failing to perform, it is wrong.

Re: Wife complains husband sees porn movies

You are not entitled to commit 'cruelty' upon your wife. Sex is not a right of man and you may not be allowed to 'force' a particular way or method upon your partner. Denying financial support to your spouse is also 'cruelty'.

You may suffer criminal trial not only under IPC but also under DVA.

You may better consider containing your perversity. All that is shown in porn/blue films is not practical. If a husband force the wife to watch such movies or submit herself in the fashion shown in the movies, that may amount to cruelty punishable under criminal law.

From your statement it appears that you are much more immature and uneducated than your wife.

You may better consider seeking apologies from your wife, try to save your marriage and try an avoidable jail term.
