Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father gifted me his property before his death. The gift deed is registered. Do I still need NOC from sisters for mutation and transfer into my name.

if it is a self acquired property, your father had all the right to gift the same to you but in case it is a joint property, the gift may be challenged by sisters.
