What is the maximum time limit allowed to challenge a will after a property is sold or gifted out based on the will?

the will, once executed and the executor is dead, cannot be changed.

Your question is confusing. Will operates after the death of the testator but can be challenged by other legal heirs etc before the court but if the owner has gifted the property in his life time then it cannot be challenged. If you can prove that the Will is not genuine than it can be challenged within 3 years.
