I have purchased a flat from mine mother 5 years ago..

my mother n my sister were living their..

i haven't taken charge of that home at that time..

now they are not ready to leave my flat and cheating with me with my mother involving..

they are planning to sell my room with the help of my mother with old document of mine mother ..

what to do.. i have affidavit, general power and receipt of that room..

please help me out..

You should be having Share Certificate issued by Society in your name. You may file a suit and seek restraining order.
