Can a sister claim her right to property even if she does not have her right as per the will made by parents

She cannot claim any right to her parents' properties if there is a will otherwise; however, she can claim her right over the propertiers inherited by her father/mother from their parents, if any.

in case the property was acquired by the parents themselves i.e. self earned property, then the sister cannot claim anything if the will is in your favour. in case its a joint unpartitioned property, the sister has an equal share even though the will was executed. the will has no meaning in case its a joint unpartitioned property.
