Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Entitled to: Gratuity and Leave Travel Concession
Joined Company 01/02/2001 and resigned on 28/02/2006.
Am I entitled to Gratuity?
Leave Travel Concession for 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 was due amounting to Rs.18000/- which I planned to take on 09/03/2006 and served resignation letter on 23/02/2006 with one month notice as per appointment terms. The company relased me on 28/02/2006 with one month's salary as 'salary in lieu of notice period' and did not give LTC as I did not avail. Am I entitled to LTC?

As you have served for full service period,I thgink you are not entitled to gratuity. The grant of L.T.C. will depend on your service conditions.
