Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana

Cut hours (discrimination) due to pregnancy

I have been a bartender with a private fine dining restaurant since opening in April 2007. I have worked 10-40 hours depending on school schedules. I am now 7 months pregnant and have been cut from 10-30 hours per week to 4 hours per week. My manager argues that it is because of declining sales. However, I am the only employee at the bar to receive such a dramatic reduction in hours. Is this discrimination? I feel that I am being pushed out the door and treated poorly because I am pregant and the employers view me as unattractive and worthless. I am performing all of the same duties as before I was pregnant.
