Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana

Bankruptcy

I am a single parent now. Divorced 3 years ago and was left with alot of debt. I am trying to raise my son, pay the everyday bills and put food on the table with little income. I paid and Attorney in full 9 months ago, Nov 04 to file bankruptcy. March 05 I recieved an email stating she would be sending the papers for my signature. I have never recieved the papers. I have called repeatedly, she won't take my calls or return my calls. I have sent her several letters, still no response. Now we are in August 05 and I was served papers. I am being sued on one of the accounts that was in the filing with the attorney. What do I do now?

In matters of a delinquent or dishonest lawyer, ask your county bar association for assistance. Also ask the http://www.in.gov/judiciary/agencies/dis.html

Indiana Disciplinary Commission for help. Everyone should be eager to help you. Good luck.
