Sale of assets
I want to sell a vehicle whose title is held by a bank named in my chapter 13 bankruptcy case in which my debt to them was adjusted from $11000.00 down to $3500.00. If I sell the vehicle can I pay the $3500.00 , get the title and keep the difference?

If you are still involved in the chapter 13 proceeding, you must obtain permission from the trustee to sell any property. Review the rules that the trustee provided you when you first filed for details. I expect the extra money will go into your plan, not into your pocket
