Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
A customer at my bar put soap in orange juice that was intended for a specific person he didnt drink any of it but found out about it is there anything he can leagally do to me?

Were you aware of the soap at the time or did you find out afterwards? That is important information for an attorney to have in order to better analyze your situation.

Generally, no harm no foul. However, if this were to happen in the future,
and invoked the same perpetrator, and there was harm,
you have notice and would face liability. Bottom-line don't allow
the perpetrator in your bar in the future
