Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana

I was selling for a local company on a consignment basis resale items via online ebay sales, I was asked to use my personal individual account I was told via verbal agreement that I would be able to spend sales income and cover all expenses (fuel shipping tax materials, and any expense related to the sales. I never received hourly compensation or signed an application for employment, for seven and a half years I sold items this way using my own tax id, personal name and account i created in 2005 well before this relationship began in 2007, RECENTLY I was asked to transfer all rights to the account (which is in violation of user agreement legally binding to ebay) and forced to give password information, secret questions, phone pins under threat of losing my business agreement (verbal) I then did so and the employer changed my password and was attempting to keep the account for his business and tried paying me hourly to manage their business website, I took back password control of my personal account, deleted all listings, and changed the user name to reflect my new ideas for my account and future sales, I am now receiving theatening texts about legal action, a threat to issue a seach warrant to my residence and veiled threats of physical danger to myself, They said that I must return a key that had been given me for use where the items were stored within their business warehouse. I also have a small amount of their property that needs to be returned immediately, The are claiming I illegally stole their account and that I am in the process of being set up for a law suit or criminal prosecution, What should I do to protect myself immediately and what chances are there that I could be in any legal danger? I plan on returning all property as soon as possible, should i request a police presence when returning the property for my safety and so that their is a police record of returning the goods? Do I need legal representation?
