Civil Suit For Stalking Case

If one can prove stalking, vandalism and harrassment by an individual that occurred over a 6-7 month period how successful can one be in a civil suit and what type of dollar could be awarded?

Verdict amount is a function of the jury or if a bench trial, the judge. It depends on the damages proved at trial, i.e., whether you can show the mental and emotional anquish, the physical damages to property, how much it cost you, etc. Used to be punitive damages could add considerably to the award but that's been changed; although puntives are available, the state lines its pockets instead of the victim getting the award. Thank the legislators you/we voted into office for that.
