Property distribution

I am 22 my father has 1 elder and 3 younger brothers and 2 sisters my grandfather sold half of his property to one of my father's younger brother at very low rate i.e less than the half of market prevailing rates 8-9 years ago(Market rates are also 8-9 yr ago) and one of my father's younger brother took his portion in property in the form of money from my grandfather and remaining one younger and one elder are living in the remaining half portion with my grandfather and they do not want to give anything to my father and my father is living with his family at rent from last 20-21 years in Delhi, but now i want to know that whether i/my father can claim any right in property i.e full property including that was sold or only in half property and how PLEASE HELP ME.

Your father can claim right in the property according to the Hindu Succession Act.

I would advise you to consult a local lawyer or mail me all the facts and details on my mail address.

OR

Contact personally alongwith the details with prior appointment if you are not from State of Gujarat.
