Legal Question in Technology Law in Indiana
As a sub contractor for another business, I provide computer assistance for small business clients of a wiring and communication company. He carries a 2million dollar liability insurance policy for his business. He advertises me to his clients as one of his own workers. If something should happen that causes a meltdown of a server, or some other problem like lost data/ability to work, and they come looking for someone to blame, Am I covered at all by his insurance policy, or the better question is, am I still at risk for being liable? This is in the state of Indiana.

The policy would need to be read and possibly case law after reading the policy before your inquiry can be answered. You are at risk.
