Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

My car was repossessed yesterday because I was late 1 payment. I thought of getting the car out but now they want me to pay a month in advance plus towing fee. They said if I let the car go they can garnish 25% of my wages...is that true? I thought if I made some sort of payment each month, they were not allowed to do that.

They do not have to agree to a monthly payment.
