Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

My husband just got served papers on a hospital bill that was from 09/2011. Hes never seen the bill and the last known address for him is somewhere we've never lived. Is there a statue of limitations in Indiana on anything like this?

Usually the hospital must file suit within six years of the debt being incurred. Just call the people who served papers on you and make arrangements to make payments.
