Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I am married and on SSI Disability which is my only source of income. We have a jointly owned vehicle (I am the Co-Borrower) for which the outstanding balance on the loan exceeds the vehicles current market value.

My question is, in Indiana, can a bill collector go after the jointly owned vehicle/joint bank accounts/ Traditional IRA or my spouse's income for a credit card debt that is solely mine? We appreciate the help.
