If you have a small claims judgement on you does that place a lien on your property like your house?

In Indiana, a small claims court judgment has virtually the same effect as any other judgment. The only difference is that a small claims judgment can't be used to prove any matters at issue in the small claims case other than the amount of money claimed.

So yes, the judgment will be entered in the county where you were sued, and can also operate as a lien anywhere else in Indiana if the holder of the judgment finds property somewhere else and pursues it.
