When I got a divorce I was to receive part of his 401k I have not received this. What can I do?

Take the decree to your attorney and ask him to prepare the QDRO (a special order) to get your share to you. If you did not have an attorney, take the decree to one, and be prepared for the attorney to tell you that the decree does NOT in fact give you what you think it was to give you. That happens frequently when folks are unrepresented.
