Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Taking away inheritance from adult step children

I have two adult step sons that will inherit money from their grandmother. It's a very large amount. Would my husband and I be entitled to any of that since they live free of charge and they are 20 & 23 years of age?

If we aren't entitled to any of it, should they pay rent or move out?

Re: Taking away inheritance from adult step children

You are not entitled to someone else's inheritance. Your second question is not a legal one If you want rent, enter into an agreement with them, if they wont pay, ask them to leave.
