Jay Rigdon Rockhill Pinnick LLP

There really aren't any "cohabitation laws" in Indiana. You have no right to support or money from the other person just because you lived with them.

If you are looking to talk to someone about how to disentangle your finances and assets at the end of a relationship, you should talk to a family law or divorce attorney.
