visitation
I'm 8 months pregnant and my divorce is only one month away till it's final. I put a protective order on him, so if I don't tell him the baby is born will I get in trouble? If so and I have the baby after the divorce is final then what should I do?

The court will not grant the divorce until after the baby is born. You need to contact your attorney to discuss the other issue as he or she have all of the facts and is in the best position to guide you.
