Does the dealership own any responsibility for a vehicle that I bought not even 90 days ago that the engine blew???
I have not yet made the first payment.
The dealership said that we had no warranty?
Can they do this???

Yes. You bought the vehicle "as is" and had it for over 90 days. Unfortunately, you are out of luck on this one.
