Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

Property In gujrat

My father in law has made a will in which he has informed that nothing should be given to daughters and the property has to be transfere in his wife name ( mother in law ) but the daughter have send notice to her mother and the property is not yet transfere in my mother in law name what step should we talk as they are not ready to sign the document as they dont want any thing from the property please help it is urgent
