Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

HI. I live in Indiana. I hope that you can still help me. I have a nephew and his wife that have lived with me for over a year. The problem is that the niece keeps leaving and gone for days with this guy and that guy and I want her out of my house. Do I have to wait 30 days after I give her the evication notice or can I get her out sooner? What form would I use?
