Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I posted an ad on Craigslist at the beginning of fall looking for a casual relationship. Josh responded and we talked and texted for about two weeks before we decided to meet up. We had sex for about two weeks and then I called it off because I wanted a relationship and he just wanted to have sex. A couple of days later I found several sores in my genital area. I blew them off telling myself that it couldn�t be an STD. But when they didn�t clear up I decided to go get tested. It came back positive for Herpes. When I told Josh about it, he denied it and even said that he was tested right before he and I were together and that he was clean. Since then though, I have been contacted by 2 of his exes who have told me that they both experienced similar circumstances, and they told him about the STD.
I was wondering if I have a case, or if I am wasting my time�.

Believe it or not, this situation happens much more often than people realize. You can file a suit and should also contact the local prosecutor.
