Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

I stepped out of my truck into a pot hole and fell going into the bank. The bank made a report and fixed the pot hole but, they are saying I was really in the mall parking lot. How long do I have to file a report with the Mall?

You have 2 years to file a lawsuit. You should hire an attorney immediaely if you suffered a significant injury.
