Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

Non-Disclosure

My husband & I purchased a home about 2 months ago. Since we moved in we have had nothing but problems. The day we moved in we had to clean out all of their personal items they left behind. There fridge was full of food, bathroom had soap they had used that morning in it,it was nasty. Then we had to turn a valve off to have it break through whatever was in it & we were left without water. The plumber came the next day & let me know he had to come out every year or so to flush our system because there are roots growing in the pipes. We were never told of this. There is now mold growing all in the home that you can tell was covered up by paint. We have a leak in the front bedroom that we have no idea where it is coming from. When you pull the carpet up you can see spots of where it has leaked before. The disclosure form was a joke.It has about 10-15 incorrect items on it. We feel we have been lied to and want the sellers to take the home back.We are stuck with to many repairs that we aren't able to afford. We are working on starting a family but now with mold in our home we can't even do that.It is a big mess. Anyone have any suggestions on this?Do you think we could get rid of the home?We are in a huge bind & don't know what to do.
