Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

my son&i bought a house together approx. 5 years ago-it is in both our names-what do we have to do to have it put in my sons name only?

A quit claim deed to him will do the trick. Of course, that will not change any mortgage responsibility you might have, so it might be unwise to transfer it if debt in your name still exists.
