Here in my office a boy (who is cousin of the Director of my company) harassing me for last 1 week i made a complaint but no result, now what is to be done? need a serios answer

You should check your employee handbook to identify if there is a procedure to follow for reporting sexual harassment. If possible, try reporting it to whoever is identified in the policy or someone higher up in the company. If the harassment continues, you can file a Charge of Discrimination with the EEOC.
