Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana
Does the State or Federal Govt. have any laws stating that if you have a C.D.L. license and use a C- PAP machine for sleep apnea that you must have a machine that will provide downloads for their viewing

I am not aware of any such thing as this. Your best best would be to call the Indiana DOT and they can tell you any requirements.
