Legal Question in Traffic Law in Indiana

suspended license

just got pulled over for DWS for the second time. Currently serving 90 suspension but i have to work and have no one to take me to/from work. What kind of legal issues am i facing? I have not criminal history other than 2 traffic tickets and now 2 DWS.

If you keep accumulating DWS charges you're going to be deemed a Habitual traffic violator and lose your license for 10 years. You need to hire an attorney to see if you can possibly get a reduction in your charges.

you didn't say why you were originally suspended for. There's more information needed on that... then, you didn't say if you were ordered by the state or court for suspension. If you are sourt ordered suspended and continue to drive- you can end up doing manditory jail time. If you'd like to call our office, I can go into more detail and see about correcting the original suspension and see about a potential hardship license which allows you to drive to and from work while suspended. If you continue to drive while suspended, you could face a habitual which then you can face up to a 10 year suspension. It goes up from there if you continue to drive.
