VA Disibility

i may need your help. I am a young 33 woman. I was rated with 20% disibility about 10 years ago. I am a manager with Sprint for over 3 years now. I love it, the problem is that due to my back i am on the verge of loosing my job. I am in so much pain i can't seem to focus. i need help to increase my disibility and to get me a surgery to try and correct my hernated disk. i have insurance but all the surgery's available were denied by my insurance. Can you do anything to help me, please?

Just file a new claim with the VA for an increase. Tell them the problem has worsened. They should give you an exam and then eventually, hopefully, increase your rating. If you have been at 20% for 10 years, you very well may be due for an increase.
