Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

My mother just passed away a few weeks ago, my brother is the executor of the estate, she changed her will for her home not to be sold it is to be kept in the immediate family until youngest great child turns 30 (she is 2 years old at this time). My brother is wanting to sell her home and I don't . Is there anything I can do to prevent him from selling the home. I just want my mothers wishes to be granted, I made her a promise that her home would be kept in the family.

Take the will to a lawyer of your own choosing to advise you on what to do. The judge will normally follow the wishes as expressed in he will unless there is a practicality that makes it too costly it difficult to do do.
