Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

can my sister tell a lawyer i was excomunicated from the family long agoand the attorney accepts it with out checking it out and in that turns everything over to my sister ?

Please repost with details: What is "everything"? Why would your sister get anything...did someone die? Why would you get anything, and from who? Why is a lawyer involved? There is no such thing in Indiana as "family excommunication": the word "excommunication" means that you can no longer take communion in a particular church.
