Is a will filed somewhere when the lawyer draws it up...Our Uncle and Aunt made up a will and our Aunt told all of us IT COULD NOT BE CHANGED BY EITHER PARTY AFTER ONE DIED...My Aunt died first and our uncle lived to by 102...When we talked to his niece she said he made the will up after aunt died and I know he wasnt mentally even remembering the will made up over 30 years ago..There is no copy of the old will anywhere that we know...Is their a legal file somewhere? We know our Aunt believed this will to be unchangeable..is there such a will? thanks for any help I am at a loss as to what to do

Since your aunt died first, your uncle inherited all of her estate, most likely. At that point, your uncle could dispose of the estate any way he wished. If your uncle was incompetent at the time he made up his new will, you may be able to contest that will.
