Legal Question in Workers Comp in Indiana

Burned at Work

My main hand was burned at work as an intern. I had just started working fulltime, but had been working parttime. Am I entitled to the fulltime pay that I would have paid had I not been injured? Also, I was to be in the Miss IN pageant, but due to the burn can not model. Can I be compensated for my modeling loses? The company had no safety equipment available, so in essence it is their fault...is this a correct statement?
