cutting or pruning a tree
Sir,
I am from chandigarh. I purchased a BOOTH site in an auction . Now, there is a tree fully obstructing its view. Kindly advise

It may not be legal for you to cut the tree or even attempt prunning the same.

You may, however, make a request to the Forest Department of Chandigarh Administration for appropriate relief.

Obstruction of view is not prejudicial to your legal rights in any manner.
