Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indonesia

Trying to locate the estate of a deceased relative in Malaysia

I have heard that a family relative has passed away while

living in Malasia, Indonesia and that he has left behind

a significant estate. My father is the next of kin or closest relative to the deceased and therefore, I believe

my father to be the rightful heir. However we are not yet

able to locate this estate or the executor for this estate

in Malaysia. Can you please recommend to us how to get in

contact with this estate and or the executor?

The estate of Alfred--name removed--and the executor/attorney

is Michel Williams.

Thank You!!

What is the nationality or residency of the Deceased? If he is a foreign national then the rules of that country apply, however, if he was an American Citizen then whatever state he was a resident of rules apply. No matter what rules apply you will need to contact the executor ASAP! I also recommend retaining legal counsel to advise you.
